am i fool for thinking that these sort of places exist... a self catered house, beautifully equipped and decorated, 3 bedrooms, open patio doors and lo and behold... there's the lovely beach...????

I'm looking for one too - and they do exist but at a price... We're trying to save money this year but UK holidays don't seem very cheap....
One place I called said Pembrokeshire holidays are up 18% this year - great....

We stayed in a house that meets your criteria 2 years ago. It was a modern beach style town house, with 3 bedrooms very well equipped with a balcony in the living area which overlooked the beach at Broad Haven, it also had a garden. I am trying to search for it as I can't remember the name, will come back to you!

I can't find their website but the property is 19 Puffin Way, Broad Haven. It is run by a couple in Swindon. The email address is [email protected], you can email them and ask for their website, they do have one. There are loads of other similar properties in Puffin Way, I would definitely recommend.
