Leicester city centre hotel

I want some advice on a central hotel, walkable to the shops etc that has parking. Any ideas?

Has anyone heard good things about The Sky Plaza Hotel?
There is only one comment on trip advisor. Not a luxury break or anything, just a girly shopping trip and night over.
