I’m taking DD12 to Liverpool in half term, we’re going to see Mean Girls, we’ll do some sight seeing and obviously I’ll be dragged round the shops. Looking for a hotel to book, I’ve pre-booked The Resident but I’m wondering if there might be better options given her age and the location we want? Willing to spend around £100. Thanks for any thoughts

Hi, I'm familiar with the area and I wasn't aware of that hotel. It is in the heart of the nightlife area, so potentially could be rowdy. Concert Square is very lively for nightlife.
If you are able to, try to go for a waterfront hotel. This would be a nicer area and more family friendly.
I've seen Holiday Inn at Albert Dock is looking around £100 mark for a random day in half term.

Lots to do at the waterfront in Liverpool.
The Liverpool museums are great. There is also a Flip Out trampoline park in the centre of Liverpool.
