Edinburgh hotels?

Looking for a posh hotel to stay in Edinburgh for a few nights without the kids for our 10th wedding anniversay any suggestions would be appreciated.

The Balmoral is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Sheraton Grand is good too.

Balmoral is great - if a bit more "classic"

Have heard great things about Tiger Lilly
