Ideas for making a West End birthday trip special for a seven-year-old

I’m taking my daughter to see a West End show for her birthday. She’s turning 7 and I really want to make this day exciting and magical for her. Any tips for dinner afterwards? Ideally something that’ll blow 7yr old socks off! Also any tips generally to add some more magic to our day ✨
thanks!

It's pretty sad that the show isn't enough at 7 to be honest. She sounds spoilt. A show is fun, unusual and hopefully memorable. It doesn't need more stuff layered on top. You detract from the show if you add more stuff.

🙄 you are assuming that the child thinks a show is ‘not enough’ and judging her as ‘spoilt’ based on your own unevidenced assumption’. She may well be over the moon with the show, but the OP wants to make a weekend of it!
Anyway… OP we did similar for my daughter’s 6th birthday. We went to see Frozen the musical (matinee) then went to a little independent Italian for dinner. Walked round looking at all the Christmas lights in the evening (late November birthday). The next morning we went to Hamleys to spend her birthday money then did an open top bus tour round the city.

Is that what she wants? Is this instead of a big birthday party with lots of presents to unwrap from friends? Does she know and consent to such a replacement?

how do you know she’s not getting both?! Weird comment
