Help- Easter - single parent and child with additional needs

hoping one of you clever people can help with Easter hols trip ideas 🥹
single mum, parent to 2 kids, a teenager who doesn’t want to come anywhere and a 9 year old with additional needs. Can’t cope with busy caravan parks etc. could possibly manage a hotel if we avoid late night entertainment etc. she loves: swimming, beaches. I badly need a change of scene /fresh air after spending most of the last month in hospital with. Budget is terrible but will make it work as I know we need a change of scene. We live in Edinburgh but have a car and happy to travel. Any hidden gems or deals? TIA

How about the Isle of Arran?

You could probably find an air B & B in or around Allonby. It’s on the Solway coast, Cumbria. Beautiful scenery and beach.
A couple of pubs and an ice cream shop/ store.
Activities, swimming and things to do can be found nearby in Silloth and Maryport.

check when your easter holidays are as they might be different to some english schools which could make places quieter. I would look around Alnwick / Alnmouth - there's stunning beaches along the northumbrian coast which are very quiet, Alnwick castle is a good day out, you could pacify the teen with a trip on the train to Newcastle for a day, there's a swimming pool in Anwick etc....
