First time flier

Good morning hive.
I'm after some advice please. My son is going to Thailand with his college.
However he's never flown before. Can anyone recommend a short hop around the UK or some travel tips??

go on your local airport website and look at the route map/destinations and it should tell you which airlines fly there. Or start with Ryanair and Easyjet websites and see where you can get to cheaply.

which airport are you starting from? Most of the major ones will have flight times that are feasible to do a day trip to another city if you don't mind a fairly early start and late finish.

My local airport (Bristol) has a “daytrip”Facebook group that pops up in my feed from time to time. I bet other airport have similar.
