I've booked 2 nights for my son. But I realise now I've booked and paid non-refundable that the booking has my name as lead guest and not his, and asks for photo id.
Will he be allowed to stay?
Last few times we've stayed at a Premier Inn it's been automatic check in so we didn't actually see a person to check any details.
Their online help asks for a booking reference and I don't want to draw attention to us....
