Bosinver - any tips?

Hi, I've just booked a week in September for me, DH,DS (age 3) and DD (1 year). I'm really excited and would appreciate any tips, days out, things we need to take with us etc. We're staying in Well Close Cottage.

dont need to take much (other than clothes etc).
there is an asda just into st austell which is well stocked.
lappa valley is a nice day out for a 3yo if the weather is good
lots of lovely beaches around
take wellies in case of rain for the animal feeding
I'm just back from out 5th visit.
