Hi can anyone recommend somewhere nice to go in the UK for a 3-4 night break during October half term / Halloween time? Children are aged between 4 and 11 (two families) and two dogs. We have done the New Forest and Paultons Park before which was lovely, as well as Center Parcs (the latter of which is too expensive now). Preferably within 3 hours of London. Ideally scenic, nice walks and places to visit to keep the children entertained. Grandparents also coming so we can visit attractions without taking the dogs.
