Heading to Chester for a long weekend in a few weeks with two DC (2 and 5yo) and was looking for suggestions on things to do.
we've booked the zoo so far but was just wondering if anyone knew of any little hidden gems?

It’s such good fun. Especially the adults only bit!

Hmm!😐

DH and I have been to Chester today. Main reason for the visit was the Making Tracks display in the Cathedral and that was good, well worth a look. Anyone with DC they can also have a go at driving one of the trains.

However, after lunch we found ourselves over the road from Sick to Death so decided to give it a look.
Sorry, but we thought it was pretty shit actually. Maybe if you have a gory minded 8 year old they will have fun with it but for an adult it is a bit meh! £8 each but we were round it in about 10 minutes. And the adults only bit is basically a big cupboard with some information boards related to the reproductive organs.

I personally wouldn't recommend. Take the kids to look at the big train set instead.
