Exeter city centre - hotel recommendations please

Hello!

I’m looking to go to Exeter city centre tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon and I’m looking for a reasonably priced hotel in or near the city centre which has it’s own parking.

Would appreciate any recommendations please.

Holiday Inn Express - City Centre is about 15min walk from the centre and has parking (and free breakfast!)

Premier Inn are usually reliable

You can't beat the Mercure Southgate for location in Exeter - it has parking, and is in a lovely quiet street right behind the cathedral close and main shopping centre. Cosy Club nearby is nice for food and drinks.

Yeah the Southgate. It’s a bit tired but it has plenty of parking. Just stayed there this week.
