Overnight spa break?

My friend has booked us in for an overnight spa break we can book in from 3pm and evening meal is included and book out at 11am the next morning.

Ive not done an overnight spa before and wondered if you have access to the spa and treatments the day you arrive (we won’t be arriving till 6 due to work) or the next day?

You'll usually need to book and pay separately for treatments like massages and facials beforehand, the spa facilities (hot tub, sauna etc) you'll probably be able to use that evening - subject to their opening hours of course

It should say on your booking but on the place I go to you have a set amount of time the day of arrival and a bit less time on departure day. Treatments are booked separately.
Everywhere will have their own T&Cs though, so you’re as well to just check with them.
