Edmonton to tottenham stadium

I'm taking my son to a concert next month at Tottenham football stadium and we're staying in the Edmonton premier inn.
It's the first time we'll have been to London and was hoping someone could advise the best way to get from the hotel to the football ground.
We have reserved ubers just in case but with road closures I'm worried they will cancel.

It’s about 30 min walk. Train/ bus will be c.20 mins anyway
Citymapper v useful
Enjoy!

You can get lots of buses from outside the police station (279, 149, 102, 144 etc) and they will take you halfway (up to the road closures) and walk the rest of the way. Word of advice: keep your wits about you and don’t watch the Catherine Tate sketch taking her children through ‘Tott-en-ham’

Ive been looking at private parking options closer to the stadium too (Brantwood road & Northumberland park) Do you think I would be better booking and space and driving myself? Like I say we have ubers reserved but I can see them cancelling on the day then we'd be clueless.
P.s Thankyou for the advice, my dad has also advised us the same 🤦🏼‍♀️

Surely there will be lots of others heading in the right direction.
Follow the crowds - you'll be fine. Doubt you'll stick out like a sore thumb.
But do keep your wits about you!

I’ve just realised you are staying at the Premier Inn, not travelodge 🙈 makes much more sense now. So I’ll revise my advice to you can get a 34 or 444 to the top of Fore Street and still walk. I wouldn’t bother with the parking, it’s a five minute drive but could take ages with closures and traffic

ChocolateGanache · 22/05/2025 21:54

I wouldn’t drive op. Grab a bus. You’ll be fine.

PersephoneSmith · 22/05/2025 21:55

Just hop on a bus, it’s really easy.

Thankyou so much for your help, it's the first time we've been so we were a tad nervous how to get there. We will definitely opt for the bus tho, much appreciated.
