Holiday park recommendation

I am looking for a holiday park no more than 3 hrs from london with good public transport links. Swimming pool, close to beach or lake and a few shops. I am not bothered about clubhouse entertainment etc. I am bothered about it being clean. All suggestions appreciated.

Romney Sands Romney Sands Holiday Park, Kent | Parkdean Resorts sounds like it would suit, it's got a pool, various accommodation options, on the beach and easy access from London and 10 minutes from shops (bar and restaurant on site)
