There's this place and jy husband and I can't remember where it was!

It was some kind of retail park. In the middle there was a car park with additional car park underground. Very likely with ANPR . At the far end of this retail park there was fountains/ponds ? Narrow , about 3 of them with few benches next to it and some greenery. Quite possibly some fish swimming in there too! We can't remember much :/ please help!
