Should I cancel my chargeback request?

Long story short British Airways abruptly cancelled my flight and offered the option to give me a refund which I have never seen. I contacted them 3-4 times through phone and 3-4 times through e-mail. Each time they promised to call me back in the next 72 hours but nothing. I issued a chargeback request about 3 months ago and now my bank wants to talk to me because apparently they their bank has provided some documents. Reading a bit online I risked being banned from British Airways which I didn’t know airlines do that. Should I cancel the chargeback request? It was for about £100 and not sure if it’s worth being banned for

You need to phone BA and talk to someone - yes you would be at risk of being banned by them
