I'm arriving in Clapham Junction train station platform 7. I need to get to platform 13 with a heavy suitcase. I have 10 mins to get to pltf 13. Is it an easy transfer and what are the best direction. Head not good when stressed and don't have natural direction. 😀

On this web page scroll down and click on "Clapham Junction Station Map". You'll see that there are lifts up and down to the footbridge for passengers with heavy luggage.

When you get off the train, look for the signs showing the way to the lift. When you get out of the lift at the footbridge level, look for the signs for Platforms 13 and 14 and take the lift down to Platform 13.

10 minutes should be enough if your train into Clapham Junction is on time.

When you get off the train, look for the side with the footbridge over the platforms. There are lifts to the footbridge there. Once you are on the footbridge, you can look for signs for Platform 13 and get the lift down there.

It's not a difficult change, but can be busy at peak times, but 10 minutes is more than enough.
