We been to Whinfell & they loved being able to go off on their bikes, the tree climbing was a big hit and the slides in the pool. I really liked that the main eating and shopping area was covered as we’re looking to go in February. Wed like to try a new one but not sure which one is best for older kids? They’re 11 and 13?

I think they are all quite similar, in UK anyway. What you describe sounds like Longleat one (which is the only I have been to)

Nottingham isn't as covered, the central area isn't under a dome like whinfell is

I really like that dome in Whinfell. It sounds like Woburn is quite small, Longleat is big & hilly, is that the one with the land train? It’s the pool area & water slides really l think they’ll enjoy the most, are they all pretty much the same?

We've been to Whinfell, Longleat and Sherwood. To be honest other than a few different water slides/rapids they're all very much the same.
I guess it depends how far you want to travel and if you want to do anything else in the local area. We visited Chessington, Thorpe Park, Longleat Safari Park, Bath and Stonehenge then stayed at Longleat CP which made it a longer break. If I was only going to CP though it would be whichever one was closest to home.

Longleat is hilly, but you can avoid some of the hills by walking long way round, and there is a land train. If teens are fit they will cope with hills. I preferred walking to cycling there. Longleat main area with shops/restaurants is under a dome. Is very close to safari park.
