Hello!

Looking at booking a last minute weekend break to Caerwys as its not too far to travel.
Can anyone recommend any kid friendly activities please? Son has sen and doesn't particularly manage being wet too well, so indoor activities would be preferred!

You are slightly in the sticks ( In a good way) but Chester, Liverpool are a possibly too far depending on what you want. Dyserth Falls are a good little place a short drive from you take the walk up the side of the waterfall and through the woods, see the Smugglers cave and stepping stones

Sadly the accommodation has gone, but at least I have ideas for the summer!

Dyserth Falls was lovely when we went earlier this year, I think it was you that recommended last time so thank you very much for that!

There’s a little museum, playground & interesting walks.

The whole area is nice its a bit Fish Chips and Big at the coast but 1 mile in land its spectacular.
I would look around Conwy, llandudno area, just a little inland will give you some really nice places.
