Mini break location ideas

Trying here for traffic
Got 2 nights child free coming up.
Live in South Wales.
I'm looking for suggestions of somewhere we can go. I looked at lodges with hot tubs but they're more expensive than a nice boutique hotel.

We've done a lot of West Wales and don't want a city break. Don't really want to drive for more than 1.5 hours either.
Hit me with some ideas of lovely B&B's in areas where we can go to the local for a meal and have some nice walks

We stopped off for a short break at The Old House at Home in the Cotswolds. The food was amazing, it was so easy to get to and had some lovely country walks nearby. Ludlow and Chepstow are also nice places for a short break.

Bank House B&B in Bishop's Castle, Shropshire

So we went up Worcestershire way.
Spent the afternoon at Ralph court Gardens. What an epic place.
Stayed at the most gorgeous B&B called Hanley House which I bloody loved.
Then a few hours in Ludlow on Saturday.
