Going to Bournemouth for 2 nights with 3 kids under 5. What are the best things to do and see? Please and thank you

How are you travelling and are you going when it's due to be very hot? If so beach and boat trip perhaps.
Otherwise Monkey World, drive / Bus to Swanage from outside the bournemouth train station/Asda then steam train I think goes from Swanage to Corfe Castle.

My main suggestion would be to try and go up or down the beach, away from the pier. It’s much less hectic and busy.

The little train up and down the prom is nice. Open top bus tours are good too - but a little pricy - worth noting that many of the local buses are open top and if you pick the route carefully you can see lots of sights for much less. There’s a sweet play area at Alum Chine that my daughter used to love (only worth it if you’re near by).

And Brownsea Island - one of our all time favourite days out.

Enjoy Bournemouth!

Go slightly further along the coast to Hengistbury Head, which is good for kite flying, there is a little train that runs from a cafe and the car park to a short ferry ride from the head to Mudeford Quay which is great for crabbing.

You can walk a decent way along the beach at Bournemouth and there is a little kids train here too! The beaches at Bournemouth are sandy so you can enjoy a good beach day too.

Go round to Sandbanks and get the ferry to Brownsea Island. Lots of space! Go to the beach. I prefer sandbanks but Bournemouth is good too. Definitely Swanage to Corfe on the steam railway, Corfe Castle - great but dc need watching! Steep drops.
