December break or experience ideas

Looking for ideas for something to do for my boyfriend's birthday in December - a short break or experience type thing. We are based in the south east. Any ideas please? Thanks.

Depends on budget and what he enjoys.

30-minute space flight, about £400pp. Flying lesson, about the same but might be cancelled in winter weather. Racetrack driving, loads of options.

Escape rooms, murder weekends?

Foodie weekend - cookery and/or eating.

Take him to a concert, play, show, 3D film, or go clubbing.

Sport - big match, golf day, indoor ski-ing.

Glamping at Port Lympne. The pinewood pods are heated and have fire pits.

Thanks for suggestions. He's not really a foodie unfortunately and not sure he'd like glamping. He's not up for adrenalin type experiences either. December is such a bad month - everything seems geared for Christmas and the weather isn't great. I've done various things over the years but just run out of ideas this year. Maybe just a hotel break somewhere and will find out something to do nearby.

If he's a bit of a petrol head, then Brooklands Hotel would be perfect.
