Cornwall - any hidden gems?

I'll be with ds(10) near Newquay for a few days next week.
Are there any gorgeous walks/ activities/ things to see I probably wouldn't get via a Google?
Would love to do a couple of walks, see some animals?

I would probably hire a bike at Wadebridge and cycle to Padstow. (Google will also tell you this so not really a hidden gem).
Lusty Glaze beach is gorgeous.

Not sure how far away it is from Newquay but possibly Nectans Glen
