Hi all so my parents have kindly booked me an my 3 children for a holiday to lanzarote next July 2025.
We have plenty of time to get passports but my main concern is my oldest 2 age 11 an 7 haven't had any contact with there bio father for 7 years now I have changed there name by deed poll the booking is in the surname (same as mine) when it comes to completing there passport application do I state that I haven't seen or heard from the father for 7 years and can't find him to authorise the name change on the passports or do I just go with the names that is on the birth cert and pay to change the names of the holiday travel documents I've read so many mixed reviews will it go through with their new surname which is my surname please help me out thanks
