Things to do in London

Hi everyone, me and my husband are going to London for the weekend in mid August and wondered if anyone had any ideas for things to do? We've been to London before so have done a lot of the main touristy things. We would like to do something on a Friday afternoon and the Saturday morning? Also, any recommendations for a nice place to eat? We're staying in Paddington, but don't mind travelling. Thanks ☺️

From the tower of London and take a "pub crawl" through wapping and Limehouse to Canary Wharf. Lovely walk along the river once you are through the old wrapping wharfs. There is a docklands museum at Cary Wharf

If you like art, there’s the summer exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts and the Yoko Ono Music of the Mind exhibition at Tate Modern.
There’s also a summer opening at Buckingham Palace www.visitlondon.com/things-to-do/event/27250576-buckingham-palace-tour-summer-opening
There are lots of good themed afternoon teas. We’ve enjoyed at Japanese one at Ginza Onodera and the Mad Hatter’s at The Sanderson.
