I am planning a night away for DH birthday, without DCs. Someone suggested the Bell at Ticehurst which looks perfect. We’ll be driving from the Farnham area so (according to Google maps) past Arundel / Lewes which I gather are pretty) and then back the next day. Can anyone suggest any good places to stop / things to see? Maybe afternoon tea somewhere….
