Looking for a bolthole

I’m looking to get away for a couple of nights in the may half term on my own. The kids will be with the ex he’s not had them both overnight in a few years, I could stay home but I fancy a break.
must haves
good WiFi - so I can work remotely
a big tub
an Outdoor space
walks nearby
a nice pub/food choices would be a bonus
ideally within a couple of hours of London

my budget isn’t huge but hoping one bed places won’t be effected too much by holiday pricing. £300-£400.
