We're going to be visiting family in Caister from 23rd Dec to 1st January and looking for things to do that'll be open that time of the year or maybe indoor activities. Also something a little bit special one day for my DS 1st birthday on 30th. We're willing to travel up to 90 mins.

The Poppy Line railway (it has Christmas lights and ‘mince pie specials’)
Norwich is a nice place to explore at Christmas time, especially The Lanes. There’s also a big Victorian carousel outside the Forum until 1st January which looks magical after dark.
