Has anyone been here with young children?

No but I used to live near Okehampton. In previous years it was very much an adults place - has 18 hole golf course etc, but I believe that recently they've started taking in school groups so I would imagine that it's more geared towards children now. I know that they do a huge range of crafts but guess it depends how young your children are as to if they will enjoy it. I know that each Wednesday they organise a coach to go the National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth, (about an hour away). Your lo's might enjoy that.

Reviewed this for my work. The rooms are very basic, stacks of activities included in the price though so as long as you don't mind it not being remotely luxurious it is great value.

Reasonably child friendly at least.
