Hi

Looking for a nice Indian restaurant in the centre of Edinburgh on a Saturday evening - taking a 13 year old boy so no where too posh!

Chaskaa in Tollcross is nice or Everest just up the road in Bruntsfield

Solti also good and more relaxed.

Kahani Indian restaurant opposite the Playhouse theatre is great.Reasonable prices and it's BYOB with no corkage charge

Another vote for Kahani. (I live quite close by.) Way better than Dishoom IMO.

Dishoom is nice but can be a nightmare to book. I’d look at Mother India.
