Devon holiday recommendations with 9 month old - Devon

Hi there

I am seeking recommendations for our first family holiday. My little boy is currently 6 months and will be 9/10 months in June when we'd look to go.

Currently thinking Devon - we'd love a town on the coast so we are within walking distance of shops/coffee shops/restaurants so can pop out during the day, but also be close to some costal walks and paths so we can go on some walks.

Any recommendations for towns, cottages or apartments (baby friendly!) would be much appreciated. We'd quite like somewhere quite luxurious with costal views, all mod cons etc.

I would recommend the Salcombe area. The beaches along the estuary are sandy and don't have the crashing waves that the seaward facing beaches have- quite useful if DC wants to explore the water.

Dawlish Warren is brilliant for little ones, we're going for the 3rd time in the Easter Hols. We love Welcome Family Holiday Park :)
