Center parcs check-in

We’re off to center parcs in the morning and the information on the website is conflicting. On one page is says you can use the pool between 10am-4pm on check-in day (before getting keys to your lodge) and on another page it says:

“the subtropical swimming paradise is available from 3pm for arriving guests only”

Does that mean only arriving guests and no departing guests from 3pm, or does it mean arriving guests can only enter the pool from 3pm?

It means that on your first day you can arrive and use the pool from 10am, but you can’t check into your lodge until 3pm.

on your last day you can use the facilities until 3pm. However you have to check out of your lodge in the morning.

we tend to check out early, load up the car and then head back to the pools

If you haven't been before OP, make sure one of you goes immediately to the bike area & gets in the queue before hand-out time. They often run out of bikes/kiddie carriers by the back of the queue.

Great news, thank you. What do we do about wristbands for the lockers? I thought we only got these when we got access to our lodge since it’s the same key.
