@FormerlySpeckledyHen if you like Chinese (but with a twist) then I’d highly recommend The Rabbit Hole for dinner.

Vennels cafe was always a favourite for cakes and lunch when I lived there and it was still good when I visited last year.

If you want a fancy dinner, a new set menu place called Coarse opened recently. It's excellent.

Also, Finbarr's is another really nice one.

Leonard's is a very tasty brunch/lunch place, but closed Mon/Tues I think.
