Edinburgh tea rooms

I'd like to go for afternoon tea in Edinburgh but don't want anywhere fancy or a hotel etc. Want a cute tea room. I've found eteaket but have seen quite a few negative reviews recently on Tripadvisor. Anywhere else?!

eteaket used to be nice but I’ve not been since before lockdown.
Mimis bakehouse might fit the bill but the city centre ones don’t seem to do afternoon tea, you’d need to go to leith mimisbakehouse.com/locations/leith/
or the botanic gardens www.rbge.org.uk/visit/royal-botanic-garden-edinburgh/food-and-drink/
