Getting away for a couples weekend

DH and I would like to go somewhere for a weekend in the Southeast where we can eat good food and enjoy a spa. Does anyone have any recommendations for any potential offers going on? Budget of up to around £500

I’d love to go back here www.careysmanor.com
It’s near Brockenhurst in the New Forest. Nice spa area and 3 different restaurants, the Far Eastern one particularly good.

Thanks for that @Fluffygoon. We have been to the Montague Arms very close to Carey's Manor. I think they are meant to be quite similar to one another. Is the food at Carey's good as that is one of the things that we look forward to!

Dining was an important point for us and a really good experience. Three different restaurants- one fine dining, we went to Le Blaireau (French bistro) and Zen (far east). Would happily go back, spa was lovely too

Hotel Una, Brighton. Brilliant restaurants in Brighton. Michelin Guide recommends lots of them.

There are always The Pig hotels. Several
to choose from.

@wondabar Montague Arms is owned by same people as Carey's Manor (assuming no ownership change in last few years) so imagine quality as good.

I've been to the spa at Carey's Manor and it's on my list to go back to again... its the best spa I've ever been to (admittedly only been to a few!)
