Hi all,

Taking my DP away for a trip to Leamington Spa in April, as I've booked tickets for a comedian we like. Any suggestions for fun things to do/places to visit off the beaten track? Any pub/bar recommendations would be fantastic too.

TIA!

It's a nice place just to visit and mooch round the shops, plenty of nice bars and restaurants you will find plenty to do! There is still a Carluccios there I believe, lots of nice pubs, Disney themed tea room if that's your thing. Jeans one Gardens for walks. You can also pop to Warwick Castle which is v near.

That should say Jephson Gardens not jeans!

There is a lovely Italian restaurant called La Coppola. Agree with pp that Jephson Gardens is very pretty. Quite a lot of restaurants and bars on high st. You can walk along the river to a nice pub Saxon Mill which overlooks the water.
