Accommodation for large group recommendations

I'm trying to plan a weekend break for about 25 people in early February- not fussed on whether that's a few different units or one big but preferably with a spa onsite/ nearby and with shops/ village etc fairly close by. Somewhere 'nice' is a must but budget isn't huge...

Any recommendations much appreciated- it is a very sedate mature group so no need for nightclubs or pub crawls nearby!

What are the travel arrangements, do you want the Uk or somewhere that might be a bit warmer. Do any of the group have any special interests. Scotland is beautiful but would that be too far and possibly too cold.

Sorry, I missed lots of info! Definitely UK and preferable around 2 hours from Bristol area. Ages range from 25-75 but no access needs or anything

Look at youth hostels. Some do exclusive use.

Duddings Country Cottages has a couple of very large properties. There’s an indoor pool and spa bath, plus a games room.
We’ve stayed here as a large group www.littleupton.co.uk and I know at least one of the properties has heated pool, hot tub and sauna.

In February it's worth contacting holiday parks asking if they could also give you an indoor meeting space in addition to the units. Many are open but very quiet. I've used park resorts out of season like this. There's a great lodge the park near Tenby shouldn't take too long at that time of year. Outdoor centres might be an option if they are quiet
