Went to the transport museum. It was great. The botanical gardens have just re-opened and are meant to be fantastic.

kelvingrove is great - loads to see / do and easy to get to by public transport.

Oh 4 yo will like the Transport museum and Kelvingrove, they are near to each other and surrounded by the Kelvingrove park which has loads of running about areas and a swing park too.

Both museums are free and kelvingrove has lots of little kids bits in each room for them to explore.

You can get to them easily on the underground get off at Kelvinhall]]. If you are driving into Glasgow there is parking around the Kelvingrove park and over at the Transport museum. If you decide to head into the city centre it is a good idea to park at one of the underground stations and use the undergound to get into town, couple of very central underground stations.
