Legoland help

Looking to book Legoland mid September for 2 nights and will be flying into Luton from Glasgow due to flight times/prices.

Looking for any hints etc
Also wondered if resort hotel is better than castle as reviews I've read seem to suggest this

The resort hotel is more Lego themed, and the castle hotel has a knights and wizards theme. The castle is probably the most premium accommodation option, with a number of special extras included like a games console in the room, Nespresso machine, Lego swim bag and drinks bottle…. The kids can also meet various Lego characters during the stay. The restaurant at the castle is a cut above any of the other food options across the park or in the resort hotel but the prices reflect that. The resort hotel has the swimming pool and evening entertainment, but anyone can access these regardless of which hotel you’re in.
