Days Out from Truro

Hello; I'd just like to see if anyone has any good recommendations for trips from Truro as a base? I have three days next month where we are staying in Truro (which appears to be quite central/not on the beach) and would like recommendations for where to go during the day? We have a car obviously, two adults and a dog and no children... I have seen (online) tonnes of great places in Cornwall but realistically won't be doing all of them in three days - I'd like to see Minack possibly but other than that would love recommendations from seasoned Cornwall holiday makers! Thanks very much :)

Trelissick Park is a beautiful place to walk with a dog and there are marked circular walks, from about 2 to 5 miles, with great views. There’s s a gallery exhibiting local arts and crafts in which well behaved clean (!) dogs are sometimes allowed at their discretion and a cafe which doesn’t allow dogs inside but has outside seating. From there you could take the King Harry ferry to the Roseland Peninsula.
Dogs are welcome almost everywhere at Healey’s Cyder Farm except for the production halls and the jam kitchen. We took it in turns to stay with the dog for these parts. They can even go on the tractor ride and in the restaurant.

Porthleven. Great restaurants around a pretty harbour. Godrevy lighthouse and walks from NT car parks along the coast. St Agnes Head NT. St Mawes. Lunch at Hotel Tresanton on the terrace. Pol Ruan and Fowey - get the ferry. Charlestown. The Heron pub at Malpas (walk along the Truro River if you have time). Truro cathedral. Lizzard Point NT - cafe has the best views ever. Get there early! Lots of other fab places that are not too far.
