Taking kids 10 and 5 to a day trip to the Zoo on the bus!

So, have been looking at places to go over summer. The only thing is the zoo we like is about 1 hour 45 minutes away using 2 buses. is this a good idea with kids? It's dudley zoo. the local parks don't have the same animals so choosing the zoo over them. im just worried how they will be on the bus for the hour long journey

Sure it will be fine, just make sure you pack some entertainment!

It will be fine, I use to travel to London zoo with my kids by bus and it takes about them same time from me and 2 buses, not an issue.

Take a few snacks, play a spotting game and if it's a double decker, try and nab the front seats upstairs.
