Looking for recommendations for a quirky but nice hotel in the UK for DH and I to spend a weekend please. Possibly an old converted building. Open to any area.
I've had a look but struggling to find anywhere other than the converted jail in Oxford, so hoping someone might have some ideas TIA

Accommodation at Port Lympne, hotel and converted Shepherd huts, glamping or Burgh Island. DH not fussed about hotels as he travels for work a lot but loved these two places.

Crab and lobster is lovely, food in the restaurant is really good too.
