Hope Valley pub recommendations please?

Can anyone recommend a lovely pub around the Hope Valley area please? There will be 6 of us on a Monday evening (including one vegan and plus one dog) looking for a good value pub grub - happy to pay around £10-£15 for main courses. A quick online search has only shown me (beautiful but) quite pricey menus.

Fingers crossed they can cater for your group, I had a great meal with friends there a couple of years ago.

@QuebecBagnet, the Bull's Head emailed me back to say that sadly, they have to close on mondays now owing to staffing difficulties.

But I'm booked in at The Castle, looking forward to it!
