Hi All, I'd really appreciate if someone can shed some light as I have tried a lot but in vain to be able to access my DD's Zip card online.
Couple of year's ago I applied for a Zip card for my DS which I managed to access online without any issues and have been able to top up the card regularly online. However, I requested a new card for my DD via my login which I have now received but am not able to see her card details online when i log into my account. I can only still see my DS's details but not both. I have tried contacting TFL but they are not able to help and after a lot of moaning they have now sent me a replacement card which is also with the same issue. I am sure I can go to a station and manually pay or topup the card but i need to be able to access it online.
I would really appreciate if someone is able to help me or if I should be doing somehthing which I am not aware of.
