Fast track passport application form

Hi, just a quick question, I managed to get a fast track appointment (hallelujah!) for holidays in just over two weeks as there was no sign of my DDs passport arriving. Does anyone know is it the same regular application form from the post office or is there a special fast track one? I've sent away a letter to cancel the original application so fingers crossed it's all ok!!

Don't believe you can make a new application if you have one on the system already

It would probably be worth giving them a call if you haven’t already. How did you manage to get the appointment? What time of day was it, I have. Even clicking refresh round the clock! I have 5 weeks so don’t know whether to just do it the original way. It’s for a child’s passport

It's the standard form that you get from the post office. It needs to be countersigned and you'll need printed passport photos too along with any other supporting documents.

@Poorbilliejean We got an appointment by following a twitter account that tweets when there's appointments available - @ukpassportcheck

It’s the standard form, you will need to take a letter with you cancelling the original application.
do you have the all supporting documents you need?

It’s the same one

I got two copies from the post office on case of mistakes and my parrport arrived on 7 days 🙌
