Wondering if any mumsnetters can help! I sent of for three passports on 20th May and received two notification of receipt texts a week later - but now a month on and I haven't received a third text so panicking about passport number 3! Two were renewals - one adult and one child and one was a first child passport. Used check and send at the post office. I'm unable to call the passport office as it's obviously under 10 weeks and the online tracker just repeatedly says 'Online Tracker Acknowledgement' but then no emails or SMS updates are sent - I've tried three times. We aren't travelling until end of August so we still have a while but I'm panicking the third one has gone AWOL somewhere and we have to pay for the rest of the holiday by Monday. Any advice much appreciated :) Thank you.
