Easter holidays in Wales

Hi,
We're finally coming back to the UK this Easter to see family and friends. (We moved abroad just before Covid...) Apart from visiting everyone we haven't seen in ages, any suggestions what activities to do and things to see with DS5 while we are there? We'll be staying around Abergavenny but will also visit people in Cardiff, Hereford, Bristol and Weston-super-Mare (where we used to live...).
I'd love for him to be able to do some activities with other kids and not to just have to hang around with us adults. 😀

Thanks. 😁

Near Abergavenny, raglan farm park - animals and the biggest play barns you'll see full of bouncy castles and softplay for your 5 yo to burn off some energy with other kids. Apart from that loads of lovely walks along canal etc to see some nature.
Hereford - there is a gruffalo trail just north of Hereford worth a visit.
Cardiff - always loads going on down the bay plus techniquest etc, and then 'mountain view ranch' just north of Cardiff also great for kids Easter trails etc.

Another vote for Techniquest (perhaps with a bike ride around Cardiff barrage to the sand playground on the far side) and the Gruffalo trail at Mountain View Ranch - we went last summer and DD(4) and DNiece(6) thought it was fantastic. Also, my kids loved St Fagans (museum.wales/stfagans/).

Would he enjoy something like this for the day? www.theoutdoorsproject.co.uk/bristol/holiday-clubs-details/

Some lovely ideas, thank you so much. We'll have a look.
I'd love for him to do some forest school, @Fivemoreminutes1 He used to go to the toddler group at Bristol Forest School before we moved. I had looked for something like this round Abergavenny but couldn't find anything. The one in the link is for kids in Y1 and above, unfortunately. DS won't start school until next academic year here, due to the different school system. He'd be in his Reception year in the UK.
