Things to do in Nottingham

Have a night away with husband for our wedding anniversary this weekend. We want to do an activity together but not sure what, looked at escape rooms but booked up. Ideally for a few hours on Saturday afternoon doesn't have to be in Nottingham just not far.

Any one have any suggestions?

Shopping! Normally I wouldn't suggest this but Nottm has v good shopping crammed conviently in to a relatively small area. You could easily spend a happy couple of hours wandering around on a Saturday afternoon, followed by a drink in the lace market.
