Can you change the person free of charge? It might be best not to but the person booked is 45 and the person going is 21yo so they might notice!

Is it the lead person who made the booking, or just a member of the party? I wouldn't bother for the second, I would for the first.

Yes, the lead person made the booking.

So booking was made for Sue and Bob. Sue now isnt going so Bob is going with Mary. Sue is fine with this and it’s Bob and Mary who have paid. But booking is still In Sues name. Would they realise Mary isn’t Sue? Mary is 20yo, Sue is 50yo. They did take dates of birth.

It will depend if they check ID when they arrive and book in. I've not been to Centre Parcs for eons, but a lot of hotels do.

I wouldn't necessarily think anyone would clock the date of birth and connect it to the age of the person in front of them (or care if they did) but they may well ask for some ID.

There will be no problem or charge doing this at CP. If you can't figure out how to do it online then tweet them/message them on Twitter and they will help. IME their Twitter team is on the ball.
